1.     Supplier Registration

1.1. General Information

You should fill out the prospective supplier registration form to register on iSupplier Portal.

After this an MTS employee will check you information for correctness and you will receive an email containing your user name and password along with logon link.

1.2. Open Prospective Supplier Registration Form

In order to open the prospective supplier registration form, please click the supplier registration link on the MTS website.

1.3. General Information About Supplier and Supplier Contact

The first page of the prospective supplier registration form contains supplier company details along with contact information.

You can download the supplier questionnaire and view the MTS supplier code by clicking the appropriate links at the top of the page.

After reading the MTS supplier code you should check the “Agree with MTS Supplier Code” checkbox.

Next you should fill out the company details fields. The fields marked with * are mandatory.

You can fill out the “Tax Country” field by entering the country name directly or by opening the list of countries using the 

 icon next to the field:

Press “Go” button to display the full list of countries. Enter the first letters of the country name and press “Go” button to find a country in the list.

Press “Quick Select” icon to select the necessary country.

After filling out the company information you should enter the contact information:

In this section your should enter the personal details of the supplier employee who will act as the user of MTS iSupplier Portal.

This person will receive an email containing user name and password to enter iSupplier Portal. Also he will be granted the responsibilities to manage the company profile and users.

After filling out all the fields above please enter CAPTCHA and press “Continue” to proceed to the next form:

1.4. Additional Information About the Supplier

After this, the “Prospective Supplier Registration: Additional Details” form will open:

If you need to change any data you entered on the previous form, you can press “Back” button at any time.

Fill out the “Note to Buyer” field if you need to send any additional information to the MTS employee responsible for the supplier registration approval.

1.5. Company Address

Press “Create” button in the “Address Book (Actual Address)” section to enter the actual company address: 

 “Create Address” page: 

Fill out the address fields. You should enter you address description in the “Address Name” field, for example, “Headquarters”. Please enter the street and building number in the “Address Line 1” field, for example, “Lenin street, 1”.

After you have entered all the mandatory fields, press “Apply” to save your address and return to the previous page.

You can enter additional addresses or edit or delete an existing address by pressing “Create”, “Update” or “Delete” buttons:

1.6. Contact Directory

You can create additional supplier users or edit your user details in the “Contact Directory” section.

Press “Create” button to add a new user, press “Update” icon to edit existing user details:

The “Create Contact” form will open:

Press “Apply” button after editing user fields.

1.7. Products and Services

You should enter products and services delivered by your company in the “Products and Services” section.

Press “Add” button to add products and services categories:

Here you can select your categories:

The categories list is a tree consisting of categories and subcategories.

You can select either the whole category or any number of subcategories you company delivers.

Press “View Sub-Categories” icon to view subcategories for the selected category:

Check “Applicable” checkboxes for the subcategories or categories needed and press “Apply” to save your choice:

Press “Add” button to add some new categories or press “Delete” icon to delete any categories from your list:

1.8. Geography and Manufacturers

In the “Attribute Pages” section you should select the regions where your company delivers goods or provides services. Press “Update” icon to enter this information:

 “Supplier Profile Attributes” page will open:

In the “Service Geography” section you should select the regions where your company delivers goods or provides services.

Enter Macro-region or country in the “Geography” field, and Region or “All” in the Region field.

If your company provides products and services in all the countries of MTS presence, enter “All geography” in “Geography” field and “All” in “Region” field.

If your company provides products and services on the whole Russian territory, enter “Russia” in “Geography” field and “All” in “Region” field.

If you need to enter another region, press “Add Another Row” button:

Select Macro-region or country by pressing 

 icon:

Press “Go” button to display the whole list, then press “Quick Select” icon to select the Macro-region or country:

Then select the region:

Press “Go” button to display the whole list, then press “Quick Select” 

 icon to select the region or “All”:

Add another regions if needed.

Press “Delete” icon if you added some regions by mistake.

Also you can select the manufacturers whose products you sell in “Manufacturers” section:

After entering all the data press “Apply” to save it and return to the previous page.

1.9. Attach Documents

You should add the tax registration certificate of you company (or some other company registration document if the tax registration certificate is not available) in order to register on MTS iSupplier Portal.

To add the document press “Add Attachment” button in the “Attachments” section:

“Add Attachment” form will open:

You can enter additional information about the file into the “Description” field if necessary.

Press “Browse” button to select the necessary file.

NOTE: The file size shouldn’t exceed 10MB.

After you have selected the file press “Apply” button:

Then select “Tax Registration Certificate” as document type:

You can update the attached file details or remove the file by pressing “Update” or “Delete” icons:

1.10. Send Supplier Registration Request for Approval

Press “Register” button to send your registration request for approval:

You will get a message that your request has been sent for approval.

After you request is approved by MTS employee, you will receive an email containing your user name and password and a link to the login form.
